Slick Barrier Pest Control Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy:

  1. Proof of Ineffectiveness: In order to qualify for a refund, customers must provide video evidence demonstrating that Slick Barrier has not successfully deterred the pests. This video must clearly show the pests breaching the barrier after it has been properly installed.

  2. Installation Consultation: Customers must engage in a consultation session with our team to discuss the details of their Slick Barrier installation. This step is crucial as it helps us ascertain whether the barrier's ineffectiveness is due to user error. If it is determined that the installation was incorrect, we will provide detailed instructions on how to properly install the Slick Barrier. If, after correct re-installation, the product still fails to work, the refund policy will be applicable.

  3. 30-Day Full Refund Time Frame: Once we receive the video evidence and confirm that the installation was not at fault, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be processed within 30 days from the date we confirm your refund eligibility. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
